The Oxford String Quartet was formed in 2005, and has since been performing at venues throughout the UK. The four musicians have played for a variety of occasions, and at a wide range of venues, ranging from intimate wedding receptions to corporate events featuring guests such as H.R.H The Duke of Cambridge.

The quartet has a lively and engaging performance style, and a broad and extensive repertoire, featuring classical works, jazz standards, tangos, show tunes and contemporary songs. While all are classically-trained players, they are open to forays into a diversity of genres. New additions to the repertoire include exciting arrangements of Bollywood songs.

The Oxford String Quartet is available to play at weddings, dinners, parties, conferences and other events. They are happy to advise on music for your function, and offer an arrangement service for any piece you wish to hear which is not yet available for string quartet.
